These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of valerieandluxe.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Valerie & Luxe.
Valerie & Luxe is operated by LOOKLIVELUXE Co., LLC, doing business as LOOKLIVELUXE (“Valerie & Luxe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you are using the Site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

2. Products and Curation
Valerie & Luxe offers thoughtfully curated jewelry and related products from various sources, designers, manufacturers, or brands.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Valerie & Luxe does not represent that every item offered is designed or manufactured by Valerie & Luxe.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, and photographs as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, lighting, photography, and the characteristics of individual pieces.
Because certain collections or edits may be limited, we cannot guarantee that every product will remain available.
3. Jewelry Materials, Care and Wear
Product materials and relevant care information will be identified on individual product pages where applicable.
The appearance and longevity of jewelry may be affected by wear, storage, body chemistry, moisture, cosmetics, fragrances, chemicals, and environmental conditions.
Unless a product is specifically identified as water-resistant, tarnish-resistant, or otherwise suitable for particular conditions, no such representation should be assumed.
Customers should follow the care recommendations provided with their purchase or on the Site.
4. Pricing and Product Information
Prices, product descriptions, promotions, availability, and other information displayed on the Site may change without notice.

All prices are displayed in the currency identified on the Site. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout.

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product information, inventory errors, payment issues, or purchasing activity that appears intended for unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or other authorized third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.
Valerie & Luxe does not directly store complete payment card information when that information is processed by our third-party payment providers.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional terms concerning shipping, lost packages, damaged shipments, or delivery issues may be provided in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Purchases are subject to the Return & Refund Policy posted on our Site.
Please review that policy before purchasing, particularly for any products identified as final sale or otherwise subject to special return conditions.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, Valerie & Luxe may offer promotional codes, discounts, gifts, early-access opportunities, or other offers.
Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, purchase requirements, or other conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may not be combined. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions as permitted by applicable law.

Valerie & Luxe believes in allowing the purpose of a purchase to extend beyond what is worn.
When we state that a portion of proceeds or purchases supports a charitable initiative, organization, or cause, the applicable promotion or Site disclosure will describe the giving commitment in effect at that time.
References to charitable organizations do not necessarily constitute a formal partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
