What is your return policy?

In the event you are not thoroughly satisfied with your purchases from our online store, you may return it within 7 DAYS of receipt. Items must be returned to The Little LUXE Shop or Val & LUXE Shop in its original condition and packaging.

To return or exchange your jewelry, please contact us and provide an image of the piece you wish to return.

After doing so, please mail your item(s) to:

You also have the option to send directly to the vendor, which we can provide you with further instructions in doing so. We will refund your piece(s) upon receipt via the original method of purchase. Refunds do not include shipping costs. TLLS will also not be responsible for any jewelry damaged or lost in transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship worldwide.

What are my shipping options?

We strive to make our pieces affordable and have you enjoy free standard shipping in the United States, which is why our only shipping option is to have them shipped directly from the vendor. Therefore, please allow up to 5 days handling time and 12-20 days to receive your luxe piece (maybe longer for international orders)! Once your order is placed, we will provide you with a tracking number. However, you can make arrangements to receive your order sooner by contacting us for express shipping.

*Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages, as we work with various vendors to provide the selections that The Little LUXE Shop/ Val & Luxe Shop offers. These packages may not be as luxe, but it's what you'll find inside that will be!

How do I find out the item price in my currency?

TLLS will soon offer instant currency conversion, but for now you can use online tools like www.xe.com to calculate your price.

How might I contact your customer service department?

We prefer email because it gives us a minute or two to do some research and get back to you with a helpful answer (not because we’re avoiding you!). You can contact us below this page and also find the appropriate contact information on our contact page.

Who do I contact if my order is damaged?

We are very sorry if your order arrives “damaged.” Once items are shipped from our vendors it is up to the parcel service to deliver your order safely and in a timely manner. Please contact us if you experience any problem regarding your order. Our vendors are known to carefully package each order so that your jewelry arrives with their intended beauty!

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon entered.

Will the jewelry cause an allergic reaction?

This can certainly happen if you're allergic to the metal, as our pieces are mostly plated in gold, rose gold or platinum and are made of either copper, stainless steel, sterling silver or even alloy. Though, we like to make sure we pick hypoallergenic pieces, some may still cause a reaction to sensitive skin. However, we are not responsible if such reaction should occur from the jewelry we offer at The Little LUXE Shop/Val & Luxe Shop, so please pay attention to the description and make your selections carefully. How can I keep my jewelry in good condition?

Each piece is unique with different metals and doing the following may help keep its color for as long as possible:

• Regularly clean your jewelry with a special cloth or a damp cloth.

• Avoid wearing the pieces on a daily basis to prevent tarnishing.
• We do not recommend showering with your jewelry on.
• Swimming in the sea or a swimming pool with your jewelry on is also not recommended.
• Keeping your jewelry in a jewelry box, a closed drawer or a small bag will keep it from tarnishing and prevent it from getting scratched.
• Keep jewelry away from chemical substances (including lotions and perfumes) that can damage and tarnish the metals.
